How to Make a Purchase
Simply drop us an email to get.da.art@gmail.com with the following information:
[ STEP 1 ]
Please email your order in the following format:
• email's subject:
Order - (canvas size chosen) (your name)
• email's contents:
- Canvas size chosen
- Background colour chosen
- Name
- Contact number
- Address (for delivery service)
- Self-collect / delivery service
- 3 half-body / "head-to-chest" photographs in JPEG format (at least 500kb each) attached
[ STEP 2 ]
Kindly wait for our confirmation email stating the payment details. Once received, please make the payment via I-Banking or ATM transfer within 48-hours.
[ STEP 3 ]
After the transfer, kindly send us another email in the following format (for transaction records purpose):
• email's subject:
Account Info - (canvas size chosen) (your name)
• email's contents:
- Account holder name
- Account type
- Account number
- Reference number
- Amount transferred
- Date transferred

As all our canvas paintings are hand-painted by our artist, please kindly wait for approximately 1 - 2 weeks to get your painting done.

• We offer a personal delivery service to your door at a minimal delivery fee of SGD$15.
• Arrangement can be made for self-collection. We can deliver the paintings to Bishan MRT Station for collection free of charge.
ONCE ORDER IS CONFIRMED WITH BANK TRANSFER MADE.REFUND REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

Photos Guideline
In order to assist our artist in achieving a closer resemblance to the person drawn, the following guidelines are required:
• image should be in JPEG format
• at least 500kb
• in white / light colour background
• lighting of photo should NOT be too dark or too bright
• at its best showing person's head till chest level
• head / face not cropped off
